It’s hard when a loved one is addicted to substances or self-destructive behaviors. Whether it’s a spouse, parent, sibling, child, etc., we can feel powerless, afraid, frustrated, and furious. If we can’t fix it, how can we find support, manage realistic boundaries, and practice wise care for self and others?
