Kindergarten through Grade 5 Religious Education follows a program called Soul Kids.  Soul Kids makes use of children’s materials from the Soul Matters program, a theme-based ministry program for Unitarian Universalist congregations. A team of adult volunteers work with RE Coordinator, Crystal Fountain, to bring children together to light the chalice, read a story, check-in with their friends about what is happening in their lives and sometimes make some art projects or play out on the playground. Soul Kids takes place during service unless there is an all-ages Circle Service (once per month), when we are all together in the sanctuary as an inter-generational community.
