The Book of Ruth is one of the most beloved books of the Hebrew Scriptures. There are many contemporary interpretations of its message regarding family, commitment, and community.  We will explore this story and see what inspiration we can glean for our lives.

Dear Members, Friends, Families and Guests,

In compliance with guidance from the Department of Public Health and the California Governor’s proclamation to mitigate the Covid-19 virus, we will be suspending Sunday services, Religious Education programs and Nursery Care at UUSS from now through March 31. In addition, all group activities at UUSS are cancelled through March 31, or until further notice.  Some groups are meeting on-line. Please check with your leader, or call the church office 916-483-9283.

In addition, the UUSS office will be closed beginning March 18th. You can still reach us by phone or email if needed.
