Congregational Business Meeting announced

The Board of Trustees will finish the budget proposal this Thursday night for approval by the congregation at the May 19 Congregational Meeting at 11:50 a.m. after the Sunday service. It should end by 1:00 p.m. and Nursery Care will continue till then in Room 11.
Meeting agenda includes election of members of the Board of Trustees, Program Council, and the Nominating Committee. We also will hear updates from the President, Treasurer, Safety Policy Task Force, Strategic Planning Team, and the Ministers.
Visitors and pledging Friends are welcome to attend this meeting but we need a quorum of Members to conduct business.

PS, there will be light snacks to go with your coffee or water if you need them for this meeting, which should end around 1:00 PM. The snacks are various kinds of granola bars, energy bars, and single-serving bags of almonds and cashews. Donations to UUSS Adult Enrichment are welcome for the snacks.
