"Keep Moving, Get Fit" Thursdays at 9 a.m.

Join us every Thursday, 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. on the Covered Patio. Sitting, standing exercises for seniors: strength—balance—flexibility. $10/drop-in. With Shelley Burns, a Silver Sneakers instructor. Bring water and a squeeze ball (approximately 6 inches), a resistance band, and light weights. If you don’t have such items yet, come anyway.  Questions? email adultenrichment@uuss.org
