A free sample class May 4 for first-timers at KEEP MOVING – GET FIT, which continues Thursdays, 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. May 4 – June 22 on the Patio. Sitting, standing exercises for seniors: strength—balance—flexibility. $48 for the series, pay at first class. $10/drop-in. With Shelley Burns, a Silver Sneakers instructor. Bring water, and if you have such items handy, please bring a stretch band, exercise ball (approximate size of a volley ball), and light hand weights. If you don’t have such items, come anyway.
