Rev. Norbert Capek created the Flower Communion in the Unitarian Church of Prague in 1923 and his widow brought it to the U.S. after fleeing the Nazi regime.  In the 21st century, Unitarian Universalists all over the U.S. honor this tradition by sharing flowers – and so we will we this Sunday.  We will also welcome new members who have joined since last November.
