Appreciated the sermon on stoicism. I have been doing some reading on the subject recently. In a similar vein and complementary, our natural selection, vis a vis our feelings and existential psychology. I have come across an approachable explanation of how our feelings are rooted in our biology in Robert Wright’s “Why Buddhism is True”, chapter 3, particularly. Would love to hear further talks on this subject. Thank you again for your thoughtful sermon this morning.
