On May 5. our refugee head chef with the giant outdoor qabuli pot and our kitchen full of Biryani, yogurt sauce, beans. and Baklawa, with our UUSS Refugee Support Team and other kids and adults from our supported families, created a delicious Afghan feast attended by 140 of our best friends and more representatives from all 5 of the families. Our donors enjoyed meeting our Afghan friends in person and breaking naan together, while contributing to the acquisition of essential items needed. Thank you all!!!
