Our Whole Lives (OWL)
Our Whole Lives (OWL)
OWL is a series of sexuality education curricula for different age groups and helps youth make informed and responsible decisions about their sexual health and behavior. OWL equips youth with accurate, age-appropriate information in six subject areas:
-
human development
-
relationships
-
personal skills
-
sexual behavior
-
sexual health
-
society and culture
Our Whole Lives: Lifespan Sexuality Education
Grounded in a holistic view of sexuality, OWL not only provides facts about anatomy and human development, but also helps participants clarify their values, build interpersonal skills, and understand the spiritual, emotional, and social aspects of sexuality. OWL uses approaches that work.
We will offer OWL for grades 7-9 again beginning in October 2026.
We will soon be registering for OWL for Kindergarten and 1st grade. This session will follow the K-1 curriculum but will be offered for kids in Kinder through 3rd grade.
The Info Session (with childcare available) will be on Sunday, December 14 at noon in room 9
Come to this no-obligation, introductory session to meet the teachers and other parents/guardians, ask questions and orient yourself with the curriculum and its goals.
K-1 sessions will begin in January 2026
