Every 4th Sunday of the month (March 27, April 24, May 22, June 26) we use this ritual of water and stone to recognize the diversity of celebrations, hopes, milestones and sorrows that exist among us as a gathered community. You are invited to come forward and drop a small stone in the large vessel of water to bear witness to your joy or sorrow. You may do this in silence or by speaking briefly before you drop the stone in the water. Please do speak briefly, saying your name and what sorrowful or joyful event you are marking.
