   Thanks, Elizabeth, for your support and comments. We do plan to have this be a sustainable job, and all of the items on the description will not be dumped on the new staffer all at once. The position description lists the expectations in order of priority and assumed time demands.

   Wonderful expectations, but at 37-42 hours per month, probably not all achievable.
