Elaine Bowers Retrospective on our Walls

We are honored to again display the watercolorist Elaine Bower’s beautiful art work on our walls. Sadly, this is also a time for remembering Elaine as she unexpectedly died in her sleep on February 25, 2025. Her partner Bob had loads of Elaine’s framed art and welcomed a show at our church throughout the summer. Most of the pieces are high quality giclee prints, however, there are three watercolor originals in the show. All pieces have Elaine’s signature.
We will have an evening of Remembrance on Friday, July 25th from 5:50 to 8:30. This event will be catered. It is open to all; friends, family, patrons, other artists, art therapy mentees and neighbors. And we invite those of you who didn’t get to meet the talented and Gorgeous Light of Elaine to learn a bit about her. A roving mic is available to anyone who would like to share memories of the twice signatured and very kind artist, Elaine Bowers. There will be extra items for sale at the tables including her popular printed tea towels, more giclee prints and greeting cards.
