Every Wednesday your ministers host a gathering for conversation and community-building at 7:00 p.m. in the UUSS Zoom room at uuss.org/online. Each week of the month will focus on a specific theme. Join us for discussion, connection and learning together. All welcome!
On this Second Wednesday, June 9, Rev. Roger hosts a conversation with Marilyn Reynolds, a mother, grandmother, teacher, UUSS Board member, Religious Education volunteer, and author of 11 books of realistic teen fiction (the True-to-Life Series from Hamilton High). Her memoir about the decline of her late husband, Mike Reynolds, is entitled Till Death or Dementia Do Us Part. We may hear about progress on her latest memoir: Over 80, and I Don’t Mean Miles per Hour.
Coming up:
Third Wednesday: Minister’s Class on Theologies
June 16: Rev. Roger hosts a conversation about end-times theologies.
Fourth Wednesday: Exploring UUism
June 23: Join Rev Lucy for an exploration of UU History, including our own.
