Sitting Meditation: We Come Together in Mindfulness

at 6:00 pm sharp every 2nd, 4th, and 5th Wednesday of the month in the Library/Bookstore. After a few opening words of guidance, we set the Insight Timer app and sit for 20 minutes to invite our bodies to settle. By breathing with mindfulness and noticing our physical experience in the present moment, we invite our minds to relax. Led by Rev. Roger. Yes, we will meet on New Year’s Eve!
