Jan. 8, 22, 29 in the UUSS Library and on Zoom with Rev. Roger. We’ll introduce ourselves, light the Chalice, and have some words of guidance before sitting for 20 minutes to practice awareness of our breathing and the present moment. No previous experience is necessary. Feel free to contact Rev. Roger if you have any questions. To read some background about this kind of meditation or watch videos, you may want to check out the Insight Meditation Center’s website.
