Silent sitting meditation Wednesday 5:30-6:00 in Classroom 6

Join Rev. Roger and others for a simple practice of mindfulness–seated in chairs, or bring your own cushion if you want to sit on the floor. After some opening words at 5:30, we’ll sit together for 22 minutes. If you arrive a bit late, feel free to slip in and take a seat, settle in and notice your breathing and the sensation of your body in the chair or your feet on the floor. Meditation ends with the chime rings on my Insight Timer app!
Classroom 6 is air conditioned! Wednesdays, 5:30 PM. At UUSS at 2425 Sierra Blvd.
