Sunday, March 17, 12:00-1:00 p.m., freewill donations accepted to UUSS Adult Enrichment.
Starting a century ago, scientists, theologians and philosophers generated “a philosophy of organism” in which the Divine was the origin of all creative possibilities and the recipient of all that emerged from human choices and from the ever-evolving life of the earth and the universe. The legacy continues today, and process thought has more in common with poetry and music than with any religious creeds. Now an active and prolific scholar of religious history (and a leader of tours to Unitarian heritage sites in Poland), Jay Atkinson formerly was the UU minister in Studio City, Davis, and Sioux City (Iowa). Come learn more, and leave inspired by process thought!
