Join us on two Fridays, Jan. 14 & 21 at 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the UUSS Welcome Hall or via Zoom for a different take on meditation. You will learn standing and walking meditations based on Argentine Tango moves done in slow motion and to music. You can attend in-person, masks and proof of vaccination required, or tune in via Zoom. Please sign up by Jan. 10 to attend in person. Instructor Jurni Roco draws on a background in theater arts, ballet and many years of dancing, teaching, and performing Argentine Tango. No fee, but donations to UUSS are appreciated.
