Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.
it was great to have you the last time we met with Ann for her encouraging and grounding mindfulness practice, including a focus on sending joy to others, which gave us joy in return. This happens the 2nd and 4th Monday evenings at 6:00 PM in the UUSS Zoom stream. All are welcome. Each session stands alone, so it’s not a course, which means: come when you can! Next session: Aug. 24! There is no fee for this, but your freewill donations to the UUSS Adult Enrichment program are welcome: SEE http://www.uuss.org/donate
I would like to join.
Sure, Jenn. It’s a drop-in offering, and the attendance fluctuates every time it gathers. We are publicizing it in hopes that more folks feel free to attend, so please do! I can introduce you to Ann by email if you like, just email me directly.
Hi, my name is Pete Bloom and my daughter Linnea attends your UU Society. I attend the Mt Veron Unitarian Church in Alexandria, Va.. Would members of our congregation be able to participate in your mindfulness meditation sessions? If so, is there a zoom link they need to use?
Thanks a lot, Pete
How can I connect into this and for how long will it go on. Would it be OK to join midstream?
