Join us for the UUSS Meditation and Mindfulness Practices session with Ann Kronser this Monday at 6:00 p.m. on Zoom at uuss.org/online. The class is scheduled on 2nd and 4th Mondays, and everyone is welcome.
Keep in mind that Ann is also offering a 5-week class called “Qualities of the Heart”, to begin on Thursday, January 14.
Opening our hearts to kindness and compassion allows us to live more fully, more fluidly, and more freely. Join us for a 5 week class to learn and practice, what the Mindfulness world calls the Boundless Qualities of Heart: Kindness, compassion, joy and steadiness.
The class dates are January 14, 21, 28, and February 4 and 18, at 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. on Zoom at UUSS.
We will begin this course with a refresh on basic mindfulness foundations and practices. Each week following, we’ll explore a different heart quality. We’ll learn meditations and other practices that can help us cultivate these heartfelt qualities within our everyday.
Led by Ann Kronser, M.Ed, IMTA Certified Mindfulness Teacher. For questions and registration: mindfulmeditation@uuss.org
