NEXT: Tonight, Wednesday evening, Nov. 27! We meet on the 2nd, 4th and 5th Wednesdays of each month to support one another in the practice of paying attention to the present moment. No experience necessary.
Log in on Zoom or show up in person at 6:00. We’ll introduce ourselves and then invite 20 minutes of silence, ending around 6:30 (in time for a snack and then choir practice). (In the Library/Bookstore we don’t sit in a circle on the floor as in this graphic, but in chairs. You are free to sit however you like.)
or
UUSS Library/Bookstore (enter from the main doors, as the Office closes at 5:00)
