Keep Moving, Get Fit, tomorrow the 20th!

Tomorrow, April 20, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on the UUSS Patio with Shelley Burns and a great playlist. Sitting and standing exercises are designed for seniors for strength, balance, and flexibility. Fee per class: $10.00. Two more sessions remain in the series after tomorrow: 4/27 and 5/4, so come on down! Shelley Burns is a trained and experienced Silver Sneakers instructor whose classes add a dose of fun to fitness. Bring water, and if you have such items handy, please bring a stretch band, exercise ball (approximate size of a volley ball), and light hand weights. If you don’t have such items, come anyway. Some extra equipment will be available for loan.
