Gospel of John discussions with Rev. Roger

on 4 Wednesday nights at UUSS: June 3, 10, 17, 24, 6:45 to 8:15 pm.
On June 3 there will be an introduction/overview for those not familiar with the New Testament at 6:30 pm, then class begins at 6:45.
The Gospel of John is different from the other three (earlier) New Testament Gospels in some very unusual ways. Often called the “spiritual Gospel,” it has beautiful passages as well as anti-Semitic ones. We’ll wrestle with it.
REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
Please sign up at the Sunday Connections Table as space is limited to 21 people. The class will be closed after June 3, which is a drop-in session for you to try it out. Suggested donation to Adult Enrichment: $20-$50.
Several used Bibles have been donated by members for your use; feel free to pick one up during the Sunday Bookstore in the UUSS Library.

Feel free to leave a comment or question about this post.
