“Beyond The Deep End of Meditation” – Spontaneous Discussions with Delson Armstrong and Doug Kraft, in person at UUSS on Friday, May 23, 6:30-9:30 p.m. and Saturday, May 24, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Visit remote territories of consciousness, perception, and meaning. Cost? Free-will donation to the dana bowl. Info and signups at the Connections table on Sundays or at adultenrichment@uuss.org. Signing up is not required, but we appreciate an idea of how many are coming.
Delson Armstrong is a trailblazing American meditation teacher and author, renowned for guiding students to profound personal transformation. Doug Kraft has been teaching meditation for over 50 years. He is also a psychotherapist, UUSS Minister Emeritus, and author of several books on meditation.
