Our Journey from a Culture of Conflict to a Renewal of Covenant
Our Journey from a Culture of Conflict to a Renewal of Covenant

In the 1970s, 80s and 90s, UUSS was an active place. Yet it had a persistent culture of mistrust and conflict among members and between members and their clergy, staff and lay leaders. The details are tragic but interesting. Thanks to the courage of key lay leaders and the wisdom of key ministers, we came through it! Roger has traced our growth into a healthy religious community, one held together in spirit of covenant and called forward by a shared sense of mission.
