Our Congregational Bouquet
This year is the 95th anniversary of the Flower Communion, a tradition started in Prague by a Czech Unitarian minister who would not stay quiet in the face of the Nazi occupation. We celebrate this anniversary and reflect on sources of courage and hope. We also recognize our volunteers who make this community blossom. Bring a stem of fresh flowers to place on the table in the welcome hall. Everyone will take home a flower brought as an unexpected gift by another member or friend. Bring an extra stem or two if you can for guests who may not have prepared for this special exchange.
