The Home Stretch

Although the major league baseball season is only half over and the All Star game is this week, our Building Project is in the final innings and the game will be over next month! It is very hard to believe we are almost there!
The Steering Committee met yesterday and toured the building to see the progress of the work. It is hard to describe how different and how new the facility looks and feels. From the new lower stage, to the new bathrooms to the air-conditioning system – our new home is almost ready for occupancy and a celebration.
The first service back at UUSS will be on September 6th and the dedication ceremony will be September 13th. Please make plans to be there!

I talked with Roger and he said an audio recording was done as well as a video recording. When it is available we’ll let people know on the website and in the Blue Sheet announcements.
