Yoga Classes

Chair Yoga

(for all abilities) – Mondays, 10:00-11:00 am

Mat Yoga

(bring a mat if you can) – Mondays, 7:00 – 8:00 pm.

Both classes are taught by Paige Labrie who invites everyone to try the first class for free. Classes are $8 each if you sign up for a two-month series or $10 on a drop-in basis. Paige provides individualized instruction and modifies the poses as needed.
