A. Present Building

1. Maintain/expand plan for special needs: hearing, wheel chair access, etc.
2. Create focal point visible when entering.
3. Increase visibility of minister with raised platform
4. Make info about banners visible again
5. Build a mezzanine for the choir
6. Improve flooring
7. Better sound system AIV
8. Windows emphasize beauty of outside — put new double pane windows on west wall and change chairs to face that wall so congregation can see the trees, etc.
9. Improve R rating.
10. Remodel bathrooms

B. New Sanctuary

1. Separation of food prep from sanctuary(noise distraction) also separate conversation area
2. Provide dedicated space for choir — practice space — piano — music storage — good acoustics — adjacent to sanctuary.
3. Green sanctuary using modern tech.for energy saving
4. Building planned for building on later.
5. Windows to outdoors
6. More, better bathrooms
7. Small chapel could double as choir space, meditation space
8. Large space that can be made smaller--more versatile for different size groups
9. Ability to project hymns so books not needed
10. Keep Doug and Roger — future — keep quality of staff
11. Comfort room for babies
