6. Proximity to the kitchen
7. Capacity for food storage(related to the event)
8. Foyer/entry space (a separate space from the main room)
9. Dias and/or central focal point for speaker/performer/etc

12. Space for grand piano

14. Storage-chairs, theater props and other theater stuff
15. Musician space (which would be out of the main flow-ie not in the way)

23. Ability to acoustically wall off noise from kitchen and serving area
24. Retractable built in screen(for movies, presentations, slides, etc.)

1. Good (upgraded) cooking facilities
2. Good (upgraded ) stove
3. multipurpose outdoor space: amphitheater, terrace, shade - should be able to walk to this outside space in more formal attire (i.e. high heels, nice clothes as might be worn for a wedding or memorial service)
