Questions: RFP for Site Assessment

1. Q: Do you have a copy of a Use Permit for UUSS.

Ans: UUSS does not have a copy of a Use Permit. We have attempted to obtain a copy from the Planning Dept (Sacramento County) but was told that they did not have records dating back to the 1960's. Information on easements and restrictions may not be available.

2. Q: Where are the drawings of the site construction plans?

Ans: Constructions drawings and layout of utilities are available however it may not be complete.

3. Q: We downloaded digital files of the existing improvement drawings provided by the church; however the resolution is too low to allow us to read the documents. Will the higher resolution scans be posted or can arrangements be made to see the hard copies?

Ans: The original drawings are on file at our church office and may be viewed by making arrangements with UUSS Business Manager David McMorris Phone (916) 483-9283 Ext 202, email dave@uuss.org.

4. Please provide the approximate square footage for each building on site.

Ans: UUSS campus Sq Ft

5. Does the church have any of the following documents on file:

a. geotechnica/subsurface investigation report? Ans: No

b. hazardous materials survey? Ans: No

c. Property report? Ans: No

6. Is it the intent of the church to engage in destructive investigation? If so, will the church contract separately with a contractor to perform this work or should the demolition and repair be included in our proposal:

Ans: Please include in your proposal a description of the analysis required and an estimate for demolition and repair.

7. It is our understanding that a structural survey and lighting/AV upgrade were performed in the recent past. Is there documentation of these activities that can be made available to us?
