Property Assessment and Data Gathering

  1. Air conditioning in RE Building is not comfortable from room to room.
  2. Auditorium HVAC is fine both in winter and summer, except on really cold winter days.
  3. Can auditorium be made more passive for heating and cooling needs?
  4. Can the auditorium areas above the chair/table storage and Sun Room/Rest Rooms be converted to useable space?
  5. Use the PMC list to identify what to avoid in an future facilities.
  6. Termites are in the RE Buildings.
  7. The creek has poor drainage and will flood volley ball courts and the area around the dumpsters.
