Office Space

A. Administrative Space

1. Current Business office space inadequate for Business office staff to conduct business with members
2. More storage space needed for office.
3. Up to date building wired for current and future technology
4. Need planning for new space as staff expands.
5. History of shortage of office space and need for new construction
6. Logical to expand off the Social Hall with new office space and meeting space
7. If senior housing is built office space could be integrated with it
8. All staff should be in same area for better coordination
9. Office space needs better security to include alarms, possibly video security, better commercial doors and locks.
10. WI-FI and more space for technology like copiers, servers, computers
11. Space needed for volunteers during the week and access to computer network

D. Private meetings

1. New construction needs to include private meeting space that is warm and cozy
2. Need designated conference space for accommodating about 100 people.
3. Need for a small spiritual meeting place.
4. Office space needs to be flexible and versatile for privacy

E. Other

1. All rooms need internet connectivity and wired for viewing internal and external programs
2. New construction/addition needed for office and program space that is green and has proper heating and ventilation systems
3. 7000-8000 square feet of new office, storage and meeting space needed as previously identified in prior master planning documents
