The Office has implemented a simple Work Order Process for any requested repairs, enhancements, or additions to the facility, equipment, and grounds.

A Work Order  would be generated for any work that needs to be done, such as:

-          Any repairs needed to the facility

-          AC/Heating maintenance and repairs

-          Equipment that needs replaced or fixed (such as: computers, desks, chairs, lawnmower, etc.)

-          Trees, plants, and or grounds that need attention

-          Etc…

By having Work Orders on all the work that is being done or requested, the Office will be able to track them for the Property Management Committee.   This will help facilitate the work, and provide a better picture of what work is outstanding or completed.  Additionally, it will help the Office when processing payments for work complete, when necessary.

Please see the attached (first version) of the Work Order form (back side has instructions on it).  Please use this for anything you see that needs to be repaired or fixed, or for projects you are working on.

We created an INBOX inside the hallway, where all of the committees’ inboxes are.  It is labeled “Work Orders”.  Inside this box is a folder that has blank Work Order forms for you to use.

Once you have filled out the Work Order, please place it into the Work Order INBOX.  The Office will check this box daily for new requests.  We will keep a spreadsheet of all the work orders and provide the information to the Property Management Committee.  The Office will maintain Work Order files that will hold information and documentation regarding each work order.  We also plan to have this in the next Unigram!

This is a new process; therefore, we will most likely tweak the form and process, until it works for everyone.   So, let me know what is working or not working for you.  Once we like it, I will have this form and process uploaded to our website.

If you have any questions or need help on how this works, please stop by the Office and one of us will help you.

We look forward to serving your needs,

Candace Scharber
